A non-flammable PF Solvent / Degreaser for aircraft substrates

    • A clear liquid with a low viscosity
    • Contains the PF® solvent/degreaser

    • Has an evaporation rate from 5 to 10 minutes when it is wiped or blown with compressed air.

    • Aerosol contains a non-flammable propellant
    • Aggressive cleaning of organic contaminants while safe on substrates
    • High purity blend with low residues <50ppm NVR
    • A combustible blend of high purity hydrocarbons with a small amount of food grade terpene
    • Low odor recognition in wipe, spray, and bulk
    • Non-flammable propellant in aerosol

  • Use on various aircraft substrates and electrical components on motors, transformers, and generators
  • For light to medium aerospace degreasing via spray, dip, wipe, or flood methods of application.
  • Normally used as a general purpose spray, wipe solvent cleaner, and degreaser for surface preparation on a variety of aircraft substrates.
  • Removes a wide range of uncured adhesives.
  • Quickly and easily removes residual contamination from tape, dust, dirt, grease, wax, and other process materials with prompt attention.
  • Degreases electrical components on motors, transformers, and generators with care.
  • D-5616NS can be used in conjunction with the Formit® extensions to provide targeted spray to areas that may be difficult to reach but need to be coated. Please refer to our Formit® technical data sheet for more information.
