D-5933NS
An aerosolized grease called (Aeroshell® 33) for multi-purpose
Features
-
- Contains a multipurpose airframe grease called Aeroshell® 33
- Has a green color
- Non-toxic and non-flammable
- Made with a synthetic base oil and a lithium complex thickener, which provides enhanced corrosion resistance and load-carrying capacity
- In combination with the snorkel, D-5933NS saves valuable time and labor and reduces the expense of wasting lubricant
- Useful in temperatures from -100° F (-73°C) to +250° F (+121°C)
- Applies a clean and uncontaminated layer of grease where it is needed
Use for:
- Tailing edge flaps (Use as a replacement for molybdenum disulfide)
- General airframe (Subject to moisture entrapment problems)
- Highly loaded gears (Subject to moisture entrapment problems)
- Actuator screw mechanisms (Subject to moisture entrapment problems)
- Instruments (Subject to moisture entrapment problems)
- All sliding and wiping surfaces (Subject to moisture entrapment problems)
- Do not use D-5933NS to replace lubrication achieved by grease gun application through zerk fittings.
- In use, the non-toxic, non-flammable propellants vaporize so that the lubricant is the only liquid that is left behind.
- Use where drawings or maintenance manuals allow the use of hand or brush application of bulk grease.
- D-5933NS can be used in conjunction with the Formit® extensions to provide targeted spray to areas that may be difficult to reach but need to be coated. Please refer to our Formit® technical data sheet for more information.
