This aqueous defluxer offers superior RMA and No Clean flux residue removal from today’s soldering materials while protecting surface finishes and maximizing performance in surface insulation resistance testing. It is designed for high throughput and exceptionally long bath life. The inherently low foaming characteristics of this cleaner allow it to be used effectively without the need of anti-foaming agents or other additives to maintain performance.
